Mr. Kipngeno Peter Ngetich
About Me
Kipngeno Ngetich Peter is a Principal Technical Trainer at the Kenya School of TVET. He is a recognized Construction Industry Expert in civil engineering both in training and in practice as well as an IET-K Engineering Technologist. His core mission is to Bridge Training, Regulatory Reforms, and industry Execution for Industrialized Kenya.
He currently builds the workforce and he understands how technical professionals are trained, licensed, and deployed to industry. He leverages his past role as a Team Lead at the Kenya Engineering Technology Registration Board (KETRB) to legitimize the workforce. Consequently, he possesses a 360° vision for turning Technologists, Technicians, and artisans into Kenya’s industrialization engine through dual experience in industry and training.
He is actively involved in Curriculum Design and monitoring the implementation of Engineering Technology Programmes, ensuring they integrate real-world Construction Technologies. He serves and will continue to serve as the IET-K Industry’s Voice, ensuring that standards reflect industry demands for national safety.
