| Dear Esteemed Member, Receive warm greetings from KEPSA. The Ajira Digital Program is a Government of Kenya initiative under the Ministry of ICT, Innovation and Youth Affairs. The program seeks to support 2 million youth access digital and digitally enabled work in Kenya by 2022. The program is implemented by various partners including KEPSA with funding from the Mastercard Foundation, under the Young Africa Works initiative. One of the key objectives of Ajira Digital Program is to support youth access digital and digitally enabled work from Government Ministries, Departments and Agencies(MDAs). Towards this end, Kenya Private Sector Alliance (KEPSA) invites suitably qualified and experienced consulting firms to design and develop an implementation framework for outsourcing of digital and digitally-enabled work from MDAs to online freelancers in Kenya.
